Blending the styles of acoustic guitar and blues piano rock-and-roll, Maxwell Edison brings with them a heart-filled performance that you will never forget.

In the beginning, two singer/songwriters collaborated their ideas and formed an "open mic-night" duo. Guitarist Tim Hazen and pianist Collin Whitlock had a unique blend of musical styles that produced a chemistry that could not be ignored.

Drummer/percussionist Jake McMullen was an immediate choice for the first addition to the group. His charismatic drumming styles and energetic personality quickly and easily blended with the group.

A long time friend to the band, bass guitarist Steve Lincoln was last to join the group. After the separation of his previous band, The Neumes, Steve was quickly recruited to complete the band.

After these vital additions, Tim Hazen, Jake McMullen, Steve Lincoln and Collin Whitlock would become the Gainesville band you now know as Maxwell Edison.
